Cancellation, Rescheduling, Booking Policies, Gift Certificates, and Fees
When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Your card or gift certificate on file will be charged the full service amount if you cancel or reschedule service/s with less then 24 hour notice or do not show up for your appointment. Showing up 15 minutes or later from your scheduled appointment will be considered a no show and charged appropriately. When showing up late it will be at the therapist discretion to cancel, shorten, or reschedule the appointment based upon the therapists availability. If the appointment is shortened you will still be financially liable for the full scheduled time. We also reserve the right to charge a clean up or destruction of property fees if accrued during your service. These fees may vary in accordance with incident. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. Gift Certificates may not be used for package or membership payments. Unless specified on Gift Certificate gratuity can not be taken from remaining balances on the certificate as they have no cash value. Any remaining value will be added to the bearers massagebook account for future use. All parties of 3 or more will be subject to a minimum of an 18% gratuity. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the therapist’s time and spa’s scheduling policies.
