Natalie B. Scott Education I have 500 hours of training from Southeastern School of Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida, as well as ample experience from practicing both privately and in spas of the Savannah area. I am interested in various approaches to health and well-being and would enjoy discussing any of these with you. |

Technique I usually describe my regular massage technique as "deep pressure Swedish." That means that I use the traditional Swedish massage strokes (mostly kneading and loosening tight areas), but I maintain steady pressure and use more long, deep strokes along muscle fibers. At appropriate points, I also use deep tissue massage, reflexology, and trigger point therapy. If you would like a session to include more or less of these techniques, I am happy to work with you. I have strong hands and can apply heavy pressure but I always adjust my technique to a comfortable level for each client. Every person has a different degree of sensitivity and tolerance, and massage should not be painful.
