Deep tissue massage involves slow strokes and deep finger pressure on areas of the body suffering from chronic muscle tension. Deep tissue massage aids in restoration of damaged muscles and soft tissue in the entire body as well as helping to alleviate pain. Deep tissue promotes realignment and freedom of movement.

Most widely known, this type of bodywork uses a lighter touch with long-kneading strokes of all major muscle groups with oils and or lotions to ease tension, improve flexibility, increase circulation and help to promote relaxation.

Stone massage is a therapeutic treatment using basalt and sedimentary stones. The stones are heated then applied during massage using various techniques and relaxing the body at its deepest level.

A barefoot technique using deep compression and long strokes that glide over the body. This massage will provide deep relaxation as well stimulate the lymphatic system and help with chronic soft tissue damage. Bars are used by the therapist for balance and support.

This ancient Chinese technique uses thumb and finger pressure point massage applied to nerve endings (typically on the hands, feet and ears) that correspond to internal organs, to restore the flow of energy.

Maternity massage uses techniques found in the Swedish massage to help alleviate low back pain, sciatica, and other aches and pains from a pregnancy. A maternity massage is permitted after the first trimester, with consent from your physician.

Share a relaxing massage with a partner or a friend. Two therapists will pamper you simultaneously in individual rooms or in the same room upon request with a therapist for each person. So both of you leave feeling the benefits of massage.

This massage includes at least 15 minutes of chakra & aura reading as well as cleasind and/or reading from those in Spirit. The rest of the session will be deep tissue to help to get the knots out or relaxation with a pressure that is perfect for you.
